Shore Foot & Ankle is currently accepting new patients. Most insurance plans are accepted. Please call our office if you are unsure if we participate with your carrier. You can contact our office by e-mail or by phone and we will arrange your scheduled appointment time.

New Patients

If you are a new patient, please arrive fifteen minutes before your scheduled appointment time in order to fill out the required paperwork. For your convenience, initial patient forms can be downloaded from our website and be completed prior to your arrival.

We do not double book our patients and strive to see patients at their scheduled appointment time. Unforeseen emergencies and delays may occur and thus appointment times are considered estimated times of treatment. We thank you for your patience and understanding.

If you are unable to make your appointment please try to give at least twenty four hours of advance notice so we may schedule other patients at the available time.
